Avi’s products are shipped regionally to clients in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. His product is distributed as far west as Seattle Washington and as far north as Toronto Canada. Avi’s Fine Cakes and Pastries are sold to specialty food markets, grocery stores, restaurants and food service operations. Avi’s expertise is in developing new products and adjusting/improving existing recipes for mass production. And while Avi’s is set to do “big business” it is the one on one, personal connection Avi has with each of his customers that makes him a success. He is always accessible and always puts his customers first.
