Key Lime Pie – Our Key Lime Pie is the most authentic around. Key Lime juice brought from Key West Florida is combined with farm fresh eggs and butter to create the smooth cream filling that makes this pie so great. For texture, the Key Lime cream is nestled in our own graham cracker crust and finished with real whipped cream. Key Lime Tart – Our Key Lime Tart offers you versatility. Caramel Crème Brulee–Our Crème Brulee we make is a delicate vanilla cream custard made from only the finest ingredients. A dollop of raspberry preserves on our ginger graham crust creates the shell for this luscious cream. On top we spoon a heavenly caramel sauce. Crème Brulee Plain – Our crème brulee is also available plain (just the luscious Brulee) in a foil cup. Sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and burn with a salamander or food torch for that authentic burnt sugar top Download Specifications

Cappuccino Pie – If cappuccino is the craze these days, Avi’s has the pie to fit the trend. The rich coffee custard that makes  up this pie is unique in its ability to be smooth, not bitter. Volcano Cakes

We developed the secret to moistness in our volcano cakes.
Individual cakes are baked in 3” bunt pans. When warmed 20 sec. in the microwave prior to serving, the center fillings literally “flow” out of the cake when cut into.

 Lemon-Raspberry Snow Cap– This is a summer favorite, not to be warmed but served cool or room temp. We start with our very light, super moist lemon cake and fill the center hole half with black raspberry preserves and half with key lime cream. The cake is capped off with smooth white fondant.
